TAXI-DUBROVNIK-AIRPORT.COM TERMS & CONDITIONS
(TRANSPORT CONTRACT AND CONDITIONS OF CARRIAGE)
The General Business Terms including Conditions and Transport contract and Conditions of carriage (hereinafter referred to as: General Terms and Conditions) regulate the relations between Premere Ltd., primarily as a service provider in the field of renting vehicles with drivers (hereinafter referred to as: Service Provider), and natural and/or legal persons (hereinafter referred to as: the Client) who are occasionally and/or permanently provided with services of renting vehicles with drivers and with additional services included in the Service Provider's offer.
Taxi Dubrovnik Airport.com, all materials, software and associated web pages are in ownership of Service Provider.
Taxi Dubrovnik Airport.com – Service Provider is a private company and we don't represent other taxi drivers or taxi associations in Dubrovnik or Croatia.
This website is not associated with Dubrovnik Airport Ltd.
TRANSFER IN GENERAL
The term transfer implies the transport of at least one passenger from pick-up point to the final destination. If pick-up points or drop-off points are not mentioned on our pages, it is possible to contact us and get a custom made offer or tailor made trip/excursion.
We offer different types of transfer services and vehicles, depending on the number of passengers and other requirements.
The prices are created according to the type of vehicle you choose, the distance, date, and other factors.
By submitting a reservation with us, Client agrees to enter into a contract with the Service Provider operating the requested journey/services.
By submitting a reservation with us, Client request is sent to Service Provider, and only when Client receives confirmation e-mail, contract between Client and the Service Provider is actually signed.
A reservation confirmation e-mail is sent as soon as Client’s submitted reservation is successfully processed and accepted and by Service Provider reservation staff.
The liability for the supply of services between Client and the Service Provider is restricted exclusively to those two parties between whom the service has been contracted.
Service Provider will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages due to errors affecting Client’s submitted reservation, either if such submitted reservation was sent from Taxi Dubrovnik Airport.com web site, either if it was created manually by an Service Provider customer support agent. Client is the sole liable for the accuracy of the details specified in the booking application.
If Client fails to board its flight (or any other means of transportation) because of traffic jams or any other road conditions which are not the direct fault of the Service Provider (reasons described in “Force Majeure” section), Service Provider cannot be held responsible, there is no possibility to demand refund of the financial loss.
Service Provider offers online reservation system through which visitors of the website can make a reservation. After you book through our website, the clients enter into a legally binding contract.
Reservation is only confirmed when we send you a written confirmation via e-mail.
For a successful reservation a valid credit card is needed, if not indicated otherwise.
CONTACT PROCEDURES AND TRANSFER SERVICE
If the Client fails to be at the pick-up point within 15 minutes of the time specified on the voucher the driver or the office will try to contact him on the provided mobile phone number.
If it is not possible to speak to him due to not having provided a mobile phone number at the time of booking, no or poor connection, no signal, activated voicemail or the call is unanswered, the service will not be provided and the driver is not obliged to provide him with the service and a refund will not be made.
Service Provider may change the assigned vehicle or its options at own discretion, without previous notice, should it be necessary in order to operate the booked journey.
Service Provider guarantees that all vehicles are inspected and technically correct.
Shouldn't Client accept the proposed vehicle or its features, his reservation is to be considered canceled and no compensation applies.
Once the vehicle is boarded, Client accepts the provided service in full, understanding that complains or requests for compensations will not apply.
In case the Client is not being able to locate the driver on arrival it is the Client's responsibility to contact the driver directly (If the number is given), or the main offices. If the Client fails to call these numbers within 60 minutes of the actual landing time for airport collections, or ship arriving in the port, and within 15 minutes for non-airport collections, and as such Service Provider, is not made aware of the problem, the transfer booking will be cancelled and no refund will be done. All Clients are responsible for checking the time agreed for the pick-up by the transfer service, and also for ensuring that their chosen arrival time will not result in risk to miss their flights/ferry/train/bus.
CANCELLATION OR MODIFYING YOUR RESERVATION
Client is possible to cancel his reservation without the extra charge up to 24 hours before the arranged transfer, and the full amount will be refunded if Client has already paid service in advance. Any alteration of reservation which includes change of date is without extra charge. The change of the pick-up, drop-off point or vehicle category will be charged in accordance with the prices on our pages, if provided. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure all travel details are correct.
In case of no show the total amount will be charged. This also applies to situations in which the client has booked the wrong date by mistake. It is the Clients responsibility to ensure all data is correctly entered.
If the Service Provider is the direct cause of your delay (no gas, late arrival, negligence of the driver etc.), Client will be refunded.
The times of departure to/from the airport or any other destination are simply an advice given by the agents and were created for standard routes and traffic conditions. You may or may not choose to accept the recommended time, and you may change it if you think that you might need more time.
If there is more luggage than mentioned, it is necessary to contact Service Provide. The same goes for special luggage (skis, snowboards, children trolleys, etc.).
Service Provider will not be responsible for any losses, including, but not limited to, lost personal properties, stolen, lost or damaged baggage.
SECURITY OF THE VEHICLE
All vehicles which are used for transfers are properly inspected and insured in accordance to the laws of the country of Croatia.
The Service Provider ensures that the transfer will be effectuated professionally and in accordance to the transportation rules and the laws of the country of Croatia.
SECURITY OF THE CREDIT CARD DATA
The data from your credit card are given to guarantee the reservation, payment or billing terms formed according to the offer the client has received. To protect data from credit cards, we use "Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology and your data are completely safe. SSL encryption is a tested system that allows your browser to automatically encrypt your data before you send them.
Service Provider cannot be held liable for delays, changes or cancellation of service due to unexpected events beyond the Service Provider's control, such as accidents suffered by third parties on the transfer route, acts of terrorism, extreme weather conditions, strikes, natural disasters, police checkpoints, detours, road maintenance, normal or abnormal traffic, etc.
In accordance with the aforementioned terms and conditions, we are liable only for direct damages you have suffered and incurred in the absence of compliance with obligations that are related to our services. Service Provider, or any of its officers, directors, employees or agents involved in creating, sponsoring, promoting or other content creation will not be liable for any criminal liability, direct or indirect losses or damages, loss of contracts, any inaccuracies related to the information described on our website. The drivers reserve the right to deny embarkation to the vehicles in cases of inebriated or misbehaved clients. There is no any refund for these cases and in the event of damages there may be prosecution and damage claims.
Service Provider has high ethical standards and respects your privacy in every way. We are committed that your name, address, e-mail address and credit card information required for booking will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent. In order to protect your personal information we apply a particular system. To protect data from credit cards, we use "Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology and your data are completely safe. We also use security procedures and limited access to use the personal data. Only authorized employees are permitted access to personal information to perform their duties relating to our service.
This is original version (in English language) of these terms, and it can be translated into other languages but no rights can be achieved in the translated version. The English version is available on our web page and can be sent in writing upon your request.
These conditions and provision of our services are regulated by and construed in accordance with Croatian law and any dispute arising from these general conditions and our services are exclusively submitted to the competent court in Croatia.
In every moment we have the right to change the way we collect, process and transmit personal data and other information if deemed relevant. Therefore, this privacy statement may be modified or amended in order to comply with the latest trends.
