Our taxi services offer fixed rates for your journey so that you know exact expenses in advance regardless of traffic conditions or traffic jams.

Fixed rates include all costs (ex. ferry tickets, highway tools...) so price that you see in process of booking is final price.

With our services there is no looking for taxi on airports, standing in queue, or any worry about your journey.

How can I locate my driver?

If transfer starts from airport, your driver will be waiting for you at “Arrivals” holding tag with your name on it.

If your transfer starts on any other location, driver will come to your desired destination.

For all transfers you will be provided with 24 hour customer support number in case that you are not able to locate driver.

Do you operate only in Dubrovnik area?

No, we are Adriatic specialist. We operate in every location and airport in this part of Adriatic (Croatia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina. If Your route is outside our coverage, don’t worry we have wide choice of trusted and reliable partners in whole Croatia so You will get best price on market.

Must all bookings be made in advance, and how much?

We would strongly recommend booking in advance. Once your booking has been made a vehicle is reserved and we guarantee availability. Last minute bookings depend on availability of vehicles.

How can I book transfer, excursion or other service?

Do we stop on our way during transfer?

Our service operates door-to-door, and your transfer is private, leading you directly to your desired destination unless arranged otherwise.

Can I carry pets in the transfer vehicle?

Pets are allowed if they are in their cages or cases and they are transported in the cargo hold of the vehicle. 

Is smoking allowed in vehicle?

No, smoking isn't allowed in the vehicle during the transfer. On long duration transfers our diver will stop along the way for smoking break if you desire so.

What other services can I book with

What if I am traveling with my children?

If your transfer requires a child seat, please notify us on time.

Child seats and boosters are free of charge.

 Children until 12 years are not allowed to travel without their parents. Children between 12-18 years must have an authorized statement from their parents.

Will I be charged extra if I have a lot of luggage?

We do not charge extra the luggage of the passengers and the driver will help you load it into the vehicle.

When can I be sure that my reservation has been successfully canceled?

After requesting a cancellation, you will receive confirmation of cancellation via e-mail. In case that you don’t receive confirmation of cancellation on time, please contact us on or trough contact form on our website.

How can I cancel my reservation?

You can cancel reservation without extra charge up to 24 hours before the arranged transfer, and the full amount will be refunded if you already paid service in advance.

Any alteration of reservation which includes change of date is without extra charge.

What are references of my driver?

All our drivers are highly professional and experienced. They all went advanced driving training course, including behaving in extreme road situations and yearly internal driving coruses.

All our drivers are real local people who live in this area, know it by hart and speak English.

Are transfer prices per person or per vehicle?

The transfer prices are always per vehicle, not per person; the type of vehicle is determined by the number of passengers.

When and to whom do I pay for the transfer?

Payment for the transfer depends on the conditions listed during booking. Standard procedure is cash to driver. Also you can pay with credit card. 

One way price includes one transport from starting point to final destination.

Return transfer includes transport to your destination and return back to your destination.  When paying for return transfer you will be charged whole amount of round trip.

Privacy policy has high ethical standards and respects your privacy in every way. We are committed that your name, address, e-mail address and credit card information required for booking will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent. In order to protect your personal information we apply a particular system. To protect data from credit cards, we use "Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology and your data are completely safe. We also use security procedures and limited access to use the personal data. Only authorized employees are permitted access to personal information to perform their duties relating to our service.

I finished my booking, but I lost my voucher?

Don’t worry, simply contact us on or trough contact form on the bottom of our website and we will send you new one.

How can I be sure that my reservation has been confirmed?

After you have finished booking process you will receive e-mail that your reservation is currently processed. After processing your reservation we will send you confirmation e-mail with status of your reservation.

Processing usually takes up to 5 hours but usually you will get confirmation e-mail just under 20 minutes!
